Staff Profile

Hello,

I am a social studies teacher and I love teaching at SPMA!  We have the very best students ever!  I have been teaching for 25+ years in St. Paul. 

Here at SPMA, students attend a social studies prep period two times per week, for 50 minutes each time.  They engage in the curriculum designed for their grade level standards; community/civics, economics, geography and history.  We do this through project based learning activities, technology, art, and group work.  We also incorporate themes in cultural exploration and self identity while honoring our diversity here at SPMA.

I have two awesome kids, Emma & Matthew!  I love to travel, scrapbook, read and sometimes run.
